This is reason we are committed to making our returns policy as transparent as possible for you.

We generally d not accept returns due to the fact that our products are personal care items but we are happy to consider returns on a case by case basis so please contact us at info@simplyogenatural.co.uk.

 

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive instructions via e-mail.

We can only issue refunds on products which are unused or in the same condition they were received. A store credit or exchange will be issued on open products, that contain 60% more of their original contents. 

If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

• Only items purchased on www.simplyogenatural.co.uk may be accepted for a return. 

• Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.

• Digital gift-cards are not eligible for a return/refund.

• Products purchased during gifting promotions (where a free gift is included with the product, are not eligible for return)

• Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition for a refund, opened products must contain 60% of their original contents for a store credit.

• We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

• You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products section below).

• Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. 

• We are not responsible for lost return packages.

• All returns will be credited to the original method of payment.

• Returns will be processed within 5 working days of our office receiving your item.

• Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

• **If you are sending from outside of the UK and need to declare the value of the order, please mark 'RETURN ITEM' with a declared value of  £1**

Allergic Reactions

We use only the cleanest and safest Organic ingredients in our products. However, we understand that sometimes certain products may not agree with your skin type. Simply Oge Natural Skincare & Cosmetics Limited will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction.

All reactions must be reported within the first 72 hours of use. Simply Oge Natural Skincare & Cosmetics Limited reserves the right to request a doctor's letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

Returns verified to be due to Allergic Reactions will be FULLY refunded (including shipping fees paid for or not) within 2-3 business days of confirmation.

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors.

If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.

Damaged Products

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged in transit, you may contact customer service within 3 business days for a replacement.  Items will be replaced within 5 business days.

Unclaimed Packages

You accept full responsibility if your package gets redirected to us marked as unclaimed.

Order Cancellation

You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and marked as shipped, you cannot cancel.

However, please see the above instructions regarding any product you do not wish to keep.
