Due to restrictions in relation to COVID-19 shipping times may vary, but we will do everything within our control to ensure expedient handling and shipping of your products. We cannot guarantee shipping times.

 

Handling

All orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your items are out for delivery. 

UK Shipping Policy

• Please allow between 2-5 business days for your products to arrive depending on the shipping package you opt for at check out.

• Our major delivery couriers are Royal Mail and Hermes.
  
   

International Shipping Policy

• International parcel delivery can take anywhere from 2-28 days depending on where you live and the delivery package you opt for during check out. Our price DOES NOT include duty and tax fees. Duty, VAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. This amount, if any, varies by country. Simply Oge Natural Skincare & Cosmetics does not have control over these charges nor do we collect this money.
